Independent Quality Audits You Can Act On
From gap assessments and internal audits to supplier, product and process audits, Global Edge gives you an objective view of where you stand and what to fix. 16+ years of audit experience across India and the Middle East.
See Your Organisation Through an Auditor’s Eyes
A well-run audit is one of the most valuable tools a business has. It shows whether your systems, products, processes and suppliers really deliver what they promise, before a customer, regulator or certification body finds out otherwise.
Global Edge’s experienced auditors carry out independent, evidence-based audits against ISO standards, API specifications, customer requirements and applicable regulations. Every audit ends with a clear report: what is working, what isn’t, and practical actions to close the gaps.
Quality Audit Services
Gap Assessments
Find out how far your current system is from the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Spec Q1/Q2 or an API product specification. You receive a clause-by-clause report and a prioritised action plan.
Conformance Audits
Verify that your management system conforms to the standard you are certified to, or plan to be. A full pre-certification or pre-surveillance check that reduces the risk of nonconformities in your external audit.
Compliance Audits
Check that your operations meet applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, including environmental, health and safety, labour and customer-specific obligations.
Internal Audits
Qualified auditors carry out your planned internal audits on your behalf, fully meeting the internal audit requirement of ISO and API standards. Ideal when your team lacks the time, independence or audit expertise.
Supplier Audits
We audit your suppliers and subcontractors on your behalf, assessing their quality system, capability, process control and traceability, to support supplier approval and ongoing monitoring.
Product Audits
An independent check of finished or in-process products against drawings, specifications, standards and customer requirements, covering dimensions, marking, documentation and test records.
Process Audits
An in-depth review of a specific process, such as welding, heat treatment, machining, coating, assembly or testing, to confirm it is controlled, capable and producing consistent results.
Second Party Audits
Audits on behalf of a customer, buyer or EPC contractor to evaluate a vendor before or during a contract. We act as your independent eyes on the supplier’s site, in India or across the GCC.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a conformance audit and a compliance audit?
A conformance audit checks your system against a standard such as ISO 9001 or API Spec Q1. A compliance audit checks that you meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
What is the difference between a supplier audit and a second party audit?
A supplier audit is when we audit your suppliers for you. A second party audit is when we act for a customer or buyer to evaluate a vendor, for example before awarding a contract or during production.
Can you be our internal auditor?
Yes. Outsourced internal audits are fully accepted by ISO and API standards, as long as the auditors are competent and impartial. We plan and carry out the audits and give you the records you need for your certification audit.
Will this audit give us a certificate?
No. These audits help you prepare, improve and control your suppliers. Certificates are issued only by accredited certification bodies or, for API, by the American Petroleum Institute.
Can audits be done remotely?
Many document and system reviews can be done remotely. Product, process and supplier audits usually need a site visit for reliable evidence.
Do you audit suppliers outside India?
Yes. We carry out supplier and second party audits across India and the GCC countries.
Need an Independent Audit?
